How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your ZoMate account, please contact us using the email address associated with your account:

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

When your deletion request is completed:

• Your profile information will be removed
• Your photos will be deleted
• Your messages will be deleted or de-identified
• Your account credentials will be disabled
