ZoMate Safety Standards

ZoMate is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and secure environment for all users. These Safety Standards apply to all users of the ZoMate platform.

Age Requirement

ZoMate is strictly intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

We do not allow minors on the platform. Any account found to be under 18 will be immediately removed.

Child Safety & Protection (CSAE Policy)

ZoMate has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

We strictly prohibit:

• Any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

• Solicitation, grooming, or exploitation of minors

• Any content or behavior that endangers minors

Any violation will result in immediate action, including:

• Content removal

• Account suspension or permanent ban

• Reporting to law enforcement or appropriate authorities when required

Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are not allowed on ZoMate:

• Harassment, hate speech, or threats

• Impersonation or fake profiles

• Spam or scam activity

• Explicit or inappropriate sexual content

• Any illegal activity

Users who violate these rules may be removed from the platform.

Reporting & Blocking

ZoMate provides in-app tools that allow users to:

• Report profiles or messages

• Block other users

All reports are reviewed, and appropriate action is taken.

Moderation & Enforcement

ZoMate actively monitors reports and enforces these standards.

Actions may include:

• Removing content

• Issuing warnings

• Suspending accounts

• Permanently banning users

We reserve the right to take action at our discretion to protect the platform and its users.
