This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how House of 8 Tech LLC ("House of 8 Tech," "ZoMate," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the ZoMate mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

ZoMate includes an AI-powered feature named Zodi, which provides in-app guidance and content. This Policy also applies to information processed when you use Zodi.

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

  • Messages sent to other users through in-app features

  • Messages sent to us, including support requests and feedback

Payments and Purchases

If you purchase subscriptions or in-app items, payments are processed by Apple and/or Google or their authorized providers. We generally do not receive full payment card details. We may receive limited transaction information such as purchase date, product purchased, and subscription status.

Optional Information

You may choose not to provide certain information, but this may limit functionality of the Services.

B. Information We Collect Automatically

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:

Device and Usage Information

  • Device type and model

  • Operating system and version

  • Application version

  • IP address

  • Device identifiers (where permitted)

  • Log data such as access times, screens viewed, interactions, and crash data

Approximate Location

We may infer general location information (such as city or region) using signals like IP address to support functionality, safety, and fraud prevention.

Precise Location (If Enabled)
