Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and House of 8 Tech LLC, including its affiliates, partners, representatives, directors, and officers (collectively referred to as “House of 8 Tech,” “ZoMate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the ZoMate mobile application (the “App”), website, and related technology platform (collectively, the “Services”).

By registering for or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Services.

House of 8 Tech provides the Services only to users who accept all Terms contained herein. By creating an account, you confirm that you have the authority and legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Modification to These Terms

House of 8 Tech may modify these Terms or the Services at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

The Services may update automatically, and compatible systems may be required.

Eligibility and Registration

By using ZoMate, you represent and warrant:

1. You are at least 18 years old.

2. You are legally permitted to use the Services.

3. You will provide accurate registration information.

4. You are not required to register as a sex offender.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in account termination.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate others

• Create accounts for others

• Use offensive or unlawful usernames

• Misrepresent identity, age, or zodiac details

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Access and Content

All rights in the Services and related content belong to House of 8 Tech or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

License Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the Services without permission.

Purchases and Payments

ZoMate may offer paid features, subscriptions, or consumable purchases. Users agree to pay all applicable fees.

Subscription terms, billing cycles, cancellations, and price changes apply as described within the App or store platform.

No refunds will be provided unless required by law or store policies.

Software Updates

We may release updates, patches, or modifications to improve performance.

User-Generated Content

Users are responsible for their submitted content. By posting, you grant House of 8 Tech a license to display and distribute such content within the Services.

We may remove content at our discretion.

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to post unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious content, nor attempt unauthorized access or system interference.

Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

House of 8 Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Service use.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party platforms or services.

Entire Agreement / Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify House of 8 Tech from claims arising from misuse of Services.

Choice of Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York, USA.

Dispute Resolution / Arbitration

Disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration under AAA rules. Claims proceed individually, not as class actions.

Changes to Services

We may modify or discontinue Services at any time.
